June 28

SO this one time, I told Zac that I'd be able to blog almost every day. Now, I didn't LIE to him, becuase I simply didn't know that I wouldn't ACTUALLY be able to bog every night....
This is what I've done since I got back to Alberta.
Monday I went and saw my teacher from high school.
Tuesday, I went and saw Thor with my friend Morgan, then I went to my uncle's house.

Wednesday my uncle and I went to Banff, and then I hung out with my friends Zubair, Paul, Jess and Morgan.

Thursday i went to my friend Kevin's house with my friend Dakona and we watched Transformers 1, and then went and saw X-Men: First Class, which was INCREDIBLE.
Friday was the youth group's last event so I went to that and spent some time with my good friend Thomas after which was really nice. I didn't realize how much I'd missed him until I saw him.
Saturday I went to get ice cream with my friend Renée and we sat down and talked for 4 hours, and then I went to Mount Royal University for my brother's girlfriend's dance recital which was awesome.
Sunday I went to church, I went to Tim Horton's (which is a coffee place for those who don,t know. Next time you're in Canada, GO TO TIM HORTONS) with Dakona, Kevin, and my friend Kyle, and then we went and played basketball for 2-3 hours. After that we went to an adult worship service.
Yesterday Kevin, Dakna, my sister Rachelle and I watched Transformers 2, and I went to my friend Renée's house (the one whom I had ice cream with) and slept over. We watched the cartoon movie Robin Hood with the animals as the characters ( I LOVE that movie SO much), Tangled (which is HILARIOUS) and Valentine's Day because I thought that I hadn't seen it, but I actually had....
Now I'm home and I'm going to see Transformers 3 tonight.
That's that, and that's why I didn't have time to blog. Busy, busy, busy.
God bless.

Just kidding... TODAY is June 23rd...

So yesterday, my computer was out of wack, and told me that it was Thrursday tomorrow, when really it was Wednesday, so I was freaking out trying to figure out where Tuesday went haha.
So TODAY was June 23rd. :P
ANYWHO, today, I got up at 11, showered, and talked to my new friend Dakona about what we could do today. We decided to go to our friend Kevin's house to watch the two Transformers movies. Halfway through the first movie, we decided to go see X-Men: First Class, which was AMAZING. My goodness, whenEVER I see those movies, i wish so hard that I had a sweet mutated gift like that. Oh man.
But yeah, I'm keeping it short, because I'm tired haha. Goodnight!

June 23

Wow. I already suck at this. I've missed 2 days already.
Well, I have an excuse- I got home three days ago and I've been super busy with catching up.
Yesterday my friend Morgan and I went to see Thor, and I LOVED it. Then my uncle Andrew picked me up. I slept over and then this morning we went to Banff. We go to Banff at noon, went to Welch's Candy Shop, and then Bruno's Bar & Grill which is a restaurant we ALWAYS go to. After that we went for a walk down by the river and took pictures. After that, we went to the Hot Springs for about an hour. Then we headed home. We were there for about 4 hours. Haha.
We got home around 5 o'clock and I called my friend Zubair because we were supposed to be hanging out. I met up with him and we sat in a parking lot until our friend Paul got there. Then we went down to a park, listening and singing to awesome music and after that we went to Tim Horton's (which, for those who don't know, is an AMAZING Canadian coffee chain. If you ever get to Canada, go to a Tim Hortons, and I recommend their Ice Capps).
After that, we drove to our friend Jessica's house and waited for her to get back from Youth Group. We then went to a school parking lot, Morgan went home, and Jess and I swung on swings while Zube and Paul had manly competitions. Now I'm home.
Hopefully I don't miss any more days (except for the last 10 days which I will update after, because I'm going to camp.)
Yeahhhhhh. :)
Peace, Love, Natasha Joy.

Day One- June 20, 2011

I don't like this font. :(

Okay, first things first. My name is Natasha, I am 18 years old (I'll be 19 at the end of July). I have red hair and brown eyes.

Well, for the past 9 and a half months I've been in a small town named Hawkesbury, Ontario. Hawkes is where I was born, and we moved to Calgary when I was 8 months old. When I turned 18 I decided that I wanted to meet my dad's side of the family. I was only going to be there until January, but I found out that I didn't get my diploma and when I got to Hawkes, my friend Max told me about an adult school where I could go back to school and get my diploma. So that's what I did and what an adventure that was. I won't get into that now; I'll save it for a day when I have nothing to blog about. :P

I bought my ticket home in April, after looking at what day I graduate, knowing I'd need 3 or 4 days to pack and say bye to everyone. I decided on the 19th of June. A couple of days later, I realized that the 19th of June was Father's day this year. So I told my mom not to tell my dad that I was coming home. So as that day aproached, I got more and more anxious and started calling home more and more often. Eventually, a week before I was to move home, I was talking to my dad on the phone. He asked me, "So, when's your return date?" and because I really didn't want him to know, I said, "I don't know." Yes. I lied. I sinned. But Jesus died to save me from going to Hell, so I repented for the sake of the surprise.

Fast forward to yesterday.

Father's day, I woke up at 4:30am Ontario time, got ready to go. My aunt and I were on the road by 5:15. At 6, we were at my cousin's boyfriends house because he was driving us to the airport. We got there and after some slight minor complications I made it onto the plane. I slept for an hour and when I woke up, 13 Going On 30 was on so I watched that. Eventually we landed and I sat waiting, and as I did that, I looked out the window of the men emptying the plane as I have a friend who is one of those men, I looked for him, but alas, I did not see him. He was probably tending to a different plane. Anywho, my uncle Andrew picked me up from the airport. We got to my parent's house and my dad was in the bathroom. I stood outside the bathroom and waited for him to finish. He opened the door. He looked at me, and I said, "Miss me?". He looked at me and said, "Oh, you're here! ...this isn't Ontario..."  and I said, "Happy Father's Day, Daddy!". He had no idea I was coming home. I also then had to ask him to forgive everyone who knew about my ticket home and told him otherwise.

Today, my mom took my sister, brother and I to her work to show us off. She had the day off and we made fun of the fact that she took the day off to go into work. :P
After that, we went to the mall and had brunch. I ended up calling my friend who lives 5 minutes away from that mall and she came. We talked for half an hour and then we went to my old high school to drop off my brother for his exam. Also, I wanted to see my old English teacher, Mr. Cheney, so I went in for that. It was really nice to see him.

After that, we went home. Eventually my brother came home with his girlfriend who brought her Star Wars movies that I'd asked to borrow. We watched the Phantom Menace and then she had to leave.

I'm super tired haha. Talk to you tomorrow!
